Here are the 3 entertainment zones in Bangkok that can open till 4am

Pubs and bars are allowed to stay open till 4am – but only in three designated popular entertainment zones, announced the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration today.

While people are rejoicing at the fact that entertainment venues received the go-ahead to open until 4am starting from Dec. 15, the rules may not be as lax as one would think.

Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt said that the three designated zones are Silom and Patpong area, known for their gogo bars and gay clubs; RCA and New Petchburi road, famous for mainstream EDM clubs like Onyx, Route 66, and Spaceplus; and Ratchadapisek, home to numerous bars and nightclubs.
