Edit: Solved! Went to Samitivej Sukhumvit and got it resolved fairly quickly.
I had another blood test to confirm and they gave me medication there as part of the hospital fee. The doctor’s visit (B 1,500), blood test (B 320) and 2 kinds of medication (CiproFloxacin and Spasuri tablets B 800 ) was B 3000 (Including some unknown “other”) total.
