Hacked House Wi-Fi Isaan

Hopefully somebody can shed some light. A couple of days ago I made a comment on a Facebook page, not particularly offensive. But some people didn’t agree. With my point of you. Then last night about 10 o’clock at night a 50 yrs old man according to his Face book profile left a Comment in Thai that Read Something like this “ Hey Child ( my exact town name ) , is your internet down ? let’s find out “

I only saw this post tonight. I went to TOT today thinking my girlfriend had not paid the bill and went to sort it out in my local town office. And they said the internet net fibre optic cable was not reaching the house router this displays a red LOS light which was on last night. They said an Engineer would call tomorrow. When I got back today the internet was back on. Maybe it was a network issue that a reset from the office sorted or maybe an engineer was nearby and sorted it at a wire station before I arrived home ?

Then tonight we had a power cut and the lit went off but on regain of power the net is not on after 20 mins

Jesus ! This is going on a bit int it ? Anyway seeing that old guys FB post mentioning my local TOT office location and that he was interested If my internet was lost I checked to see if FB was showing my Location and I checked never allow my location to be seen.

So the question is, can someone who knows my location who maybe works for TOT maybe interrupt my Internet ?
