Chefs Mauro Colagreco from three Michelin-starred Mirazur in France and Julien Royer from three Michelin-starred Odette in Singapore join forces to deliver an exclusive dining experience at Capella Bangkok’s Côte by Mauro Colagreco. Sharing a passion for seasonal and artisanal produce, the chefs will deliver an imaginative collaboration that celebrates the exquisite flavours of their respective localities.
