Grand Palace preparations

Hi all!

At the moment I am visiting the Grand Palace complex, and I noticed a lot of preparations going on. What for? Also, not one of the temples seems to be open to public. Is this because of said preparations?

This situation makes the visit a messy affair tbh, especially with a stroller as there are red elevated walkways all over te place and passages fit for wheels are closed off.

Won’t stop me from admiring the beauty of the complex, just curious :)
