Gourmet Market gets a taste of Canada

A complete selection of the season’s premium picks representing original Canadian flavours is presented at the Taste Of Canada 2023, which is running at Gourmet Market at Emporium, EmQuartier and Paragon, until Aug 14.

Held in collaboration with the Canadian Embassy, this is another opportunity to experience the delicious flavours of well-known food products and fresh ingredients from nature’s finest direct from Canada.

They include frozen cooked lobsters from one of the best lobster farms in the world; Alaskan black cod known for its supple texture, snow-white colour and sweet flavour; freshly sliced sockeye salmon from Barkley Sound on the west coast of Canada; and fresh oysters harvested from under the icy streams of the East coast.
