Good Chiang Mai Bars / Hostels / Hotels / Cafes That closed due to covid and never reopened?!

I remember walking the streets of the old city just 2 years ago and it lookling apocolyptic with boarded up places that use to be bustling, for sale and closed signs on a lot of restaurants and bars that used to be thriving. Wanting to get some names for a research project of places that were good but didnt make it through covid. Anyone have a favourite place or cool restaurant/bar/hotel, that didnt make it through the last couple of years ?!
