I used to work in a Thai company but now I have a business here in Thailand.
I am getting my work permit tomorrow and non B extension next week.
I don’t need 4 full time employees and my business functions by hiring contractors.
I am not taking a salary because the business isn’t big enough yet.
My question is – I currently have 4 ghost Employees for the past 3 months. Once my visa is filed, can I cut these employees and “rehire” next year before next visa extension?
I also know that you’re supposed to provide tax returns when renewing your B Visa and Work Permit.
If I’m not taking a salary, how do I handle that part?

Just FYI, i am not keeping this business for the sake of having a visa. It wouldn’t be worth it. I have a new business, there’s already revenue (over 100k this month) but I don’t need 4 full time employees. And paying the accountant plus SSO is coming out to an uneccesary expense.
