Getting taxis in wee hours

Hi all!

I am planning for a Phuket trip and I’m deciding on locations right now. I’m looking at Airbnbs in Kamala beach and Tambom Rawai areas.

Would it be difficult to get a taxi e.g Grab or Bolt after a night of drinking around 2/3am from Bangla Road back to the apartment? Understand it will be a 20-30min drive thus my concern it will be tough to get a ride. Would it also be expensive?

Am I better off staying at Patong with my friends if I’m more into nightlife activities?
