Getting prescriptions for (elvanse) in thailand?

Hi, I’m going to thailand in a month and was wondering if anyone know any doctors or private hospitals I can go to where I can get Elvanse (amphetamine substance) as a prescription from a doctor without any evaluations. I do not want to just freeball it and show up to a doctors office and disrespect the dr, so rather ask if anyone knows anyone that is willing to write a prescription easily.
