The financial, telecom, healthcare and government sectors have the greatest potential for applying generative artificial intelligence (AI) to a new level of innovative consumer services, according to Publicis Sapient, the digital business transformation consultancy.
Mr Vaz says one of the biggest opportunities to use generative AI is in the retail banking domain.
“Digital transformation is about helping organisations move quicker and be more agile,” Nigel Vaz, chief executive of Publicis Sapient, told the Bangkok Post.
He added that “SPEED”, or strategy, product, experience, engineering and data, are the key principles of digital transformation.
