French luxury fashion brand Ami Paris has launched its first brick-and-mortar store in Thailand in partnership with local fashion distributor PP Group, betting on the country’s growing luxury market.
Ami Paris’ first store in Thailand is located on the M Floor of the luxury shopping mall Emporium, featuring a modern design with a golden tone.
The brand joins PP Group’s portfolio of luxury brands, including Cafe Kitsune, Tony Burch, Longchamp, and Off-White. The fashion distributor was founded in 2003 by siblings – Suvadee Pin Phungbunphra and Orand Puipunthavong.
The Thailand debut followed the launch of Ami Paris’ first cafe in Beijing in November at Taikoo Li South Plaza
Ami, which means ‘friend’ in French, was founded in Paris in 2011 by Alexandre Mattiussi, representing “an easygoing, honest, and pleasant attitude” to premium fashion.
