On February 17th, 2024, Pattaya police responded to reports of a foreign man causing a public disturbance by walking into the middle of traffic at the intersection of Pattaya Klang Road.
Upon arrival, officers found the man, who was not wearing a shirt, walking erratically in the roadway. This behavior resulted in a minor traffic commotion as reported by local media.
Concerned for the man’s safety and that of others, officers attempted to communicate with him. However, due to his reported intoxication, the communication was difficult. To maintain order and ensure public safety, Pattaya police eventually decided to detain the unidentified individual and transported him to the Pattaya Police Station for further investigation.
The man’s identity and nationality have not yet been released.
