So me and another Australian want to start a business in Thailand. The ownership of the company is as follows:
51% Thai partner
48% Australian partner
1% Me
What type of visas do we need? Also, the Australian partner is 60 years old so won’t be working.
Is there any sort of visa where he doesn’t have to hire 4 Thai people?
Because at the moment we will have to pay social security for 8 Thai people? Is this correct?
We’re just starting a small business so don’t really want to pay social security of this many people
