I used to live in Chiang Mai years ago and it was possible to buy some Lanna dishes made from seasonally foraged plants such as flowers from trees, buds, etc. They were soups and salads. Where can I find those dishes now? I’m staying at a place with no kitchen, so I need to finds things already-made. Thanks.
