So, im thinking of starting a small coffee shop and bike rent (max 15, starting with 5) in Pattaya.
What does that involve?… Like Cost, visa, permits, insurances, employees (got a Thai friend who’s a mechano and own the place next door, would keep that to only another employee), taxes, paperwork, place rent, etc…
