The company therefore creates incentives for employees. by announcing salary increases for new employees From the end of July, starting at 14,000 baht, level 3 and 6, from the original rate of 12,500 baht or an increase of 1,500 baht. For an undergraduate degree, starting at 16,000 baht, with welfare benefits including a provident fund. life for employees The employees pay 5% and the company contributes at the rate of 5%.

At the same time, the company plans to recruit 800 new employees per year to support new branch expansion from now on. and replacement of employees who have changed which was accepted as a permanent employee The company has a training system. to practice expertise in various fields to employees

The new branch opened in 2023, the first branch is Foodland Supermarket. Park Silom Branch Officially opened on July 18, 2023 with an area of ​​1,750 square meters. This branch has experts in the department to provide knowledge such as Dry-Aged Beef, Beef. Tajima Japanese traditional breeds of cattle, cheese products imported from many countries, butcher’s choice sausage products produced by Foodland. There is also a Wine & Spirit zone where experts introduce in-depth knowledge of each product.
