Floral fixation leads to new Gucci scent

An obsession with flowers led Alessandro Michele to fashion the Gucci Bloom collection.

“Bloom is about a stroll in a garden, and a memory of what accompanies that walk,” said Gucci’s creative director, who asked Alberto Morillas to compose the first eau de parfum.

The Gucci garden welcomes a new bloom with the launch of a lighter and luminous eau de toilette.

The original’s three key ingredients, jasmine bud extract, tuberose and rangoon creeper, are enriched by the sweetness of honey and green citrus facet captured through the addition of a neroli accord.
