Hello! I’m sure this question has come up many times before but I’m coming to Phuket for a couple days in December. It’s pretty much my first time since the last time I was there, I was only 10 years old.
I have no idea what cities I should be looking at? My main requirements are being able to go to Phi Phi islands, as well as good/street food, and massages.
Sounds like Pa Tong might be the place to go, but just wanted to double check.
I already booked my flights but just a quick search on TripAdvisor is showing many hotels for $800-1200 USD per night!
I’m seeing some nice options in Pa Tong for $100-150/night but again just not sure what the best city to stay at is. Also, it’s flexible right now but just deciding between staying from 12/27-12/31, or 12/28-12/31. Again I’ll pretty much be losing a whole day to Phi Phi island.
So the question will be can I really explore and enjoy all Pa Tong has to offer in 1.5 days? Or should I stay the extra day?
