fast internet in Chiangmai?

Can anyone suggest a place with fast internet?

I have come to Camp (Maya Mall) for years every time I am here but the internet is not as fast as I need it to be. (Need to sync around 500 gb of data).

There used to be other places, but most seem to have closed down that I knew.

Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks\~

EDIT: AIS sells packages with great speeds so went with that.
