Exchange shoes that are not fit for me

On November 11, I bought some shoes from adidas Thailand, after I got home, I didn’t try anything on these shoes but after I tried on these shoes, I found out EUR 41 1/2 size is a little bigger for me. I would to exchange EUR 41 1/2 size to EUR 41 size. The problem is I have lost my voucher for proof of purchase. What can I do for me to get exchange? Adidas Thailand can track my purchases from their computer? Can exchange it?
