Emergency – cannot find Western Union agent anywhere

Hi!

Ive had very bad luck. An ATM wouldnt return my creditcard and my debitcard got damaged. I have no money now, so I sent myself some through Western Union. However, I cant find anywhere to pick it up. I went to the Central Festival mall, but all banks are unable to help me and I cannot find the Western Union agent that should be located in mall. Around my hostel (near Pratu Tha Phae), all WU agents according to the WU app cannot do it or simply do not exist. Banks in chiang mai are not open in the weekend. Does anyone know an actual pick up point? Thank you
