An electrical fire erupted in front of a Pattaya massage parlor and burned overhead signs and wires. No injuries were reported.
The blaze was reported around 9 PM yesterday, February 15th. The Pattaya firefighter team quickly arrived at the scene on Pattaya Second Road in Soi 13 where a fire was burning overhead wires and signs in front of a massage parlor. A crowd of onlookers were watching the incident in shock from afar.
The tourists told The Pattaya News that they heard many explosions from the fire. The firefighter team eventually put out the blaze before it could cause serious damage to the venue. However, some residents’ cars were unfortunately damaged from falling droplets from the burning wires.
An unidentified witness told The Pattaya News that the fire was caused by workers who tried to install an overhead sign. Their equipment got entangled with the wires and thus ignited the blaze, the witness stated.
The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
