Easy Pad Thai recipe

Pad Thai is a classic Thai favorite and is also well-loved by many outside Thailand. The combination of sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavors makes for the distinct Thai taste, and pad thai is no exception. The use of rice noodles (like the noodles used in hofan and char kway teow dishes) makes it gluten-free, and a healthier alternative. In any case, any noodles can be used based on your preference.
