If requesting a refund from the GoPay wallet or GET PAY in the application A refund request form can be submitted via the “Help” menu on the Gojek application page, select “GoPay” and select “Withdrawal from GoPay” or can notify via [email protected] Request a refund along with attaching documents to support the request for a refund as follows:

If you haven’t verified your identity (KYC: Know Your Customer)

1) Transaction documents such as money transfer slips or top up to GoPay / GET PAY wallet

2) Copy of the first page of the account book Siam Commercial Bank or Kasikorn Bank with a signed copy (Name and surname must match the transaction document No. 1)

3) Copy of ID card with a signed copy (Name and surname must match the transaction document No. 1)

If you have verified your identity

– A copy of the first page of the Siam Commercial Bank or Kasikorn Bank passbook with a certified true copy of the signature (Name – surname must match the name of the owner of GoPay / GET PAY only)

If the received documents are complete and correct Your refund will be credited to your account in approximately 7 – 14 business days, excluding public holidays. or contact to “My Help Center and Tickets” on the application. or via email [email protected]
