My best friend is from Thailand and I was elated to find out that she can travel to Georgia (the country) with me visa free! We’re going next month for 1.5 weeks!

I went to Georgia for the first time in April this year and I fell in love with the country. My best friend’s parents have been to Georgia three times and they love their holiday and discover new aspects each time. More gushing on Georgia at the end of this post.

My tour guide / company in Georgia is great – it’s a small company but very professional and genuine. I’m travelling with them again in Aug (with my best friend) and recommended them to my friends who also loved their experiences. Do you have contacts at travel agencies in Thailand? I would love for my Georgia tour guide / company to connect with travel agencies in Thailand, so that more Thai people can experience all that Georgia has to offer.

Georgia seriously has all the ingredients for that perfect holiday. I was blown away by their amicable people, amazing cuisine, elegant wines, history and architecture (including cave monasteries and medieval villages) and diversity of natural landscapes, from the Caucasus Mountains to deserts to rainbow mountains. Georgia has all the convenience and beauty of a European country with all the wonder of an Asian country, and is completely unique.

PS. Georgia is the world’s birthplace of wine!

PPS. Georgia is such an underrated travel destination, I just really want to share it with the world!
