This Saturday, the Goethe-Institut Thailand will feature a culinary talk dubbed “KulturHub: Getting To Know Currywurst”.
As part of the institute’s ongoing series of cultural activities, the event celebrates the 30th anniversary of the publication of Die Entdeckung Der Currywurst, or The Invention Of Curried Sausage, a world-famous novella by German writer Uwe Timm.
Host speaker Nantana Anuntkosol, a lecturer of German language and literature at Chulalongkorn University, will lead guests through the historical and cultural aspects of German curried sausage based on the bestselling book.
