Dermatology/ skin care clinic recommendations near Asoke?

I am reluctant to blindly trust reviews without asking here because I see indications of fake reviews frequently (e.g. the exact same number of reviews on both fb and google, and all 5-stars), and as we all know, quality control is a major wildcard in Thailand. I saw Bangkok Skin and Laser Clinic (BSL) seems to have real reviews, albeit it’s a little on the pricey side, so if anyone has experience with them I’d be interested to hear. Mostly I’d like to see if there’s any consensus among you all about skin clinics that are great or ones to avoid. Thank you for any advice you may have to share!
