Denial of entry at DMK – where next?

Im planning to fly from the Philippines, with tourist visa and EU passport. Still there is a (slight) chance that I get denied due to too many lenghty stays. I’d be cool with that, as long as Im not forced to fly back to Europe. I’d go to Bali, or Seoul or whatever. Can they actually expell me to Europe? If so, would I be transferred to BKK airport in handcuffs? Or can I just buy a new ticket on my phone, hand in the transit area and get to my next destination?
