[CROSS POST] Looking for YOUR opinion on Thai law

Hi [r/Bangkok](https://www.reddit.com/r/Bangkok/),

I work in the legal industry here in Thailand and, out of curiosity, would love to hear what **foreigners** think about different aspects of Thai law and how they think about it. What I’m most interested in are these four points:

1. Which Thai laws have you found most confusing or difficult to navigate?
2. Have you ever encountered any legal issues or misunderstandings due to these laws?
3. What resources did you use to understand these laws better?
4. Do you have any suggestions for how legal professionals in Thailand could better assist foreigners in understanding and complying with Thai laws?

As a foreigner myself, this really interests me on a personal level.
