Covid tests negative after Thammasat student found infected

Forty-two of 47 people deemed at risk after contact with an infected medical student at Thammasat University have tested negative for Covid-19, with the other results pending.

The university’s faculty of medicine announced on Tuesday that seven staff and medical students were tested for Covid-19 after an infected patient sought treatment at Thammasat University Hospital on Feb 13.

The result for one of them, a medical student, was positive. He was admitted to the university’s hospital on Feb 14.
