Any suggestions for professional Condo Property Rental Companies? Basically I have a condo that I would like to rent out and dont not have the resources of finding repair people when something breaks or locating potential tenants. The current property manager has taken a full time job elsewhere and can no longer look after the condo.
I reached out to Perfect Homes but they only do the contracts and not facilitating the repairs when needed.
The building is Srithana Condominium 2 in case location matters.
