The Foodism Show will be back with a range of products and activities at Impact Hall 7, Muang Thong Thani, starting tomorrow from 10am to 8pm and running until Sunday.

Held to offer updates on new food trends under the theme “A Well-Balanced Diet And Life” by Impact Exhibition Management, the four-day event will gather 150 booths offering food and ingredient products and services for health and weight control from 300 leading brands, with discounts of up to 50%.

They cover four distinct groups of future food — “Organic Foods” including fresh produce, meats, dairy products and grains; “Functional Foods” such as plant-based foods, prebiotics, superfood, keto diet and low-carb diet; “Medical Food” or food for special medical purposes; and “Novel Foods” whose ingredients have a new intentionally modified primary molecular structure.
