Clinic that can freeze off a wart on my hand?

I need a pesky wart frozen off of my knuckle. The drops from the pharmacy aren’t working. None of the clinics can do it. I’ve driven all over Phuket. They say go to the hospital which seems excessive for a 10 second procedure. The skin clinic in Old Town couldn’t do it either.
