Chiang Mai non-shady Spa or massage

Hello,

I will be in Chiang Mai for three days and it is my first visit in Thailand. I want to have some relax time and visit a spa or have some aroma therapy done, massages etc. But as a male single traveler (31m) I feel kinda creepy to go and look for shops etc because of the stereotype that many westerners go to these places in Asia looking for sex. Is there like an easy way to distinguish these types of places from each other? I also don’t want to get asked if I want sexual favors or so. I know not all places are like this etc and I respect Thai culture and their women. I want in no way do anything unethical.
