A grocery-slash-restaurant on Ekkamai this Sunday will launch its first buffet dedicated to local cheeses.
From Chiang Rai: a light stilton-style Tha Sai Blue. Chiang Mai is represented by hard Swiss Le Doi Pao. There’s even a Burrata made from Ratchaburi cow milk.
Those are some of the 20 domestic artisanal cheeses that will be served alongside a selection of Thai cold cuts, breads and organic salads at Vivin Grocery’s inaugural, monthly all-you-can-eat event.
Oh, and there will be condiments: pickles, jams, chutneys, nuts and dried fruits.
Going forward it plans to host the event one Sunday a month.
The buffet is THB890 per person. Seating is available for two sessions: 11am and 1pm. Only 20 guests are allowed per session. Advance reservations are required via 080-4635747, Line @vivingrocery or Facebook.
