Thailand’s leading hotel operator Centara Hotels & Resorts promoted Thaschai Phattanagosai to head the corporate affairs and legal department.
Assuming his new role as the senior corporate director of corporate affairs and legal, Mr Thaschai will continue to work closely with the chairman’s office overseeing risk management, sustainability development and anti-corruption policies.
He is also expected to review legal advisory services and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies to ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
