Cannabis retreat – north Thailand

Hi all,
I'm so excited. I just booked a 3-week trip solo trip to Thailand in July. I am flying into and out of Chiang Mai.
I have no plans, just hoping just to chill back, relax, enjoy good vibes, go to a few jungle raves, cannabis, maybe mushrooms, . Generally meet some nice people and have a good time.
Would you recommend I should spend say around 1.5 week in Chiang Mai, and 1.5 weeks in Pai? Is there anywhere else I should consider going to?
Also has anyone got any recommendations on what to do and where to go in CM or Pai that has 'happy' vibes.

Also anyone know of any cannabis or psychedelic retreats, yoga centre, meditation centres.. in either CM or Pai?
