More than 100,000 people registered to grow cannabis Thursday morning through the Food and Drug Administration’s application and website as the legalisation of cannabis and hemp took effect.
FDA Secretary General Dr. Paisarn Dunkum said Thursday that the new law only allows the cultivation of hemp and cannabis if people register with the FDA through the app “???????” and https://plookganja.fda.moph.go.th.
