Hey guys, I do not want to wait for months until I get a long-term visa. Can you sign a long-term lease of an apartment on a short-term tourist visa? Or does the duration of your visa determine the maximum lease you can do?
What about utilities?
Also, is it somehow possible to pay the lease with a US Credit Card? I know some countries in SEA have services where you can pay your rent by credit card and they charge a 1.5% fee.
