Can tourist that come to Chiangmai stop walking in the middle of the street without caring about the local cars trying to drive through.

Yesterday I experienced a group of 5 tourist waking hand in hand, stretching across a soi in Nimman road. Even after the car was getting close to them they refused to move over to the side. Later that night a group of Chinese tourist are dancing in the middle of the road (not even 10pm yet) without a care in the world for the bikes/cars passing by. I’ve experience this type of shit everytime I drive around there. EVERYTIME. It’s getting out of control. These sois are made for bikes and cars; you can walk but be mindful. Very fucking annoying.
