Can someone please recommend me a condo or an apartment in Chiang Mai where I don’t hear my neighbors too much?

I have to stay here for 2 years for private reasons and for the life of me, I cannot find a place where I can be loud for work-related reasons. Not to mention, the walls don’t keep sounds in very well and I can clearly hear ppl across walls no matter which place I go to check. Can anybody help me find a condo or an apt that is actually structurally built? Thank you
