Can anyone recommend an affordable clinic who has one or two Milligram alprazoram

Hey everyone, I’ve been prescribed alprazoram for years . I’m currently in Thailand training Muay Thai and I’m running low on my prescription. I’ve been struggling to find a hospital that has stock of alprazoram 1 or 2 mg’s. Can anyone recommend a good clinic or hospital where it’s fairly cheap and not bunked or fake meds, I’m skeptical getting from the sketchy pharmacies. Thank you 🙏
