Can anyone quantity exactly how harmful it is to breathe BKK air year over year with X amount of hours of exposure per day?

To be honest I always though the pollution didn’t matter that much because I never personally felt any bad effects. No asthma, coughing, whatever.
But I’m probably also an idiot!

Recent someone linked an article that tried to quantity the bad effects from a typical SEA style polluted city and equated it to X number of cigarettes per day.
