Business for maintaining a WP

Summary: I already have visa and work permit, I am just trying to find something for my 4 members of staff to do.

Details:
I need to come up with an idea of business that is low maintenance and would allow me to use 4 Thai members of staff in order to allow myself to get a work permit. It does not need to make money, it just needs more or less to cover the running costs.

I am a software developer and this work permit will be used for running consultancy here. However, it’s a one person job, and I have no use for 4 more members of staff. I would like to avoid having staff on paper only, doing some grey accounting etc. I want as legal and transparent as possible. I already have a company and all trouble/costs that come with it already. I am just trying to find something for 4 more members of staff to do.

I was thinking of having some no-income or low-income more or less passive business like a coffee shop, laundry, bar or a small guesthouse. But these seem like high maintenance businesses and it’s too much work for merely having the work permit. I’m sure that there are easier ways. Also heard about Iglu that provides WP and allows to invoice via them for a (massive) cut, but there is little info since the last 4 years. I guess internet cafe was a perfect candidate for such venture 30 years ago 😆

So, what are the lowest maintenance businesses out there?
