Bolingi fires two in rout of ex-champs
Northeastern giants Buriram United completed a sweep of the three domestic football titles with a thumping 4-0 victory over former champions PT Prachuap in the Thai League Cup final on Sunday night.

The Thunder Castle struck in both halves of the match with Jonathan Bolingi hitting the target twice and Peeradol Chamratsamee and Suphanat Mueanta completing the rout with last-gasp goals.
Buriram also succeeded in exacting a revenge for their penalty shoot-out loss to the Killer Wasps in the 2019 League Cup final.
The event for the 2020 season, which dragged on longer than expected and ended last year due to a coronavirus pandemic, was cancelled.
