Breakfast buffet options around Nana / Soi 4-13

I stay on Soi 4. I work from home and start work at 8am, but I'm free from 10:30 to 12:00 to have breakfast and hit the gym or whatever. I'm looking for good breakfast buffet options around the Nana area, particularly along Soi 4, but I can make it all the way to Soi 11 and Soi 13 if necessary. I prefer a PROTEIN HEAVY breakfast, with a lot of eggs, and preferable chicken, but beef is fine too. Need recommendations, thanks.
