Bo.lan reopens in Bangkok

After a three-year hiatus, Bo.lan, the renowned Thai restaurant is delighted to announce its reopening this month.

The establishment returns with a rivatalised commitment to zero waste, sustainability and supporting local food communities.

Thailand’s food tradition is reflected in Bo.lan’s two signature tasting menus, both representing based on a balance of flavour, texture and seasonality. Menus begin with an amuse bouche, each a flavourful snapshot of regional diversity in the form of small yet explosive bites. Main courses are then served all together in a samrub style consisting of soup, salad, curry, relish and its elaborately prepared accompaniments along with the best quality organic rice, the heart and soul of any Thai meal. The menus end with a series of desserts and Thai petit fours served with the signature Bo.lan tea blend.
