Blue by Alain Ducasse at ICONSIAM awarded 1 star in fourth edition of Michelin Guide Thailand

Second major accolade in one month after a top spot ranking for interior design

Bangkok (16 December 2020) – Within a year of its opening, Blue by Alain Ducasse has earned itself 1 Michelin star. The announcement was made this month at the official launch of the fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket & Phang-Nga 2021.

The restaurant located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in ICONLUXE, ICONSIAM is the first restaurant in Thailand by Alain Ducasse, one of the world’s greatest and most decorated chefs and an iconic mentor-chef to many other chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
