So I was just thinking I rented bike from 24.11-24.12 and then when I as supposed to return it i decided to prolong, paid in cash, never got another agreement signed or anything with new dates.
The bike broke down few days later, the oil cap exploded which could lead in a serious accident but luckily nothing happened. Anyway, the person is trying to blame it on me “way of driving” BUT its automatic scooter, how can you incorrectly drive that I don’t understand.
Anyway,
No contract onwards 24/12 and bike broke down in its own when driving 80km/h on road.
Just messages with the lessor on marketplace, can those be classed as evidence?
